MILCOM 2026 is the IEEE Military Communications Conference, sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society and held at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Rockville, Maryland. MILCOM covers tactical and strategic communications, waveforms, spectrum, networking and communications security, and it runs five technical tracks alongside workshops, panels and tutorials. Unusually, the programme includes both unclassified and restricted-access sessions, so parts of it are open only to cleared attendees. The venue sits beside North Bethesda Metro on the Red Line, roughly 40 minutes from central Washington; there is no hotel shuttle, so plan on the Metro or a car.
