INTERACT 2027 is the 21st edition of the international conference of IFIP Technical Committee 13 on Human-Computer Interaction, held in Tallinn, Estonia. INTERACT is one of the longest running HCI conferences and takes a deliberately broad view of the field, covering interaction design, usability and user experience, accessibility, HCI education, and the social and ethical dimensions of interactive systems. It carries a substantial workshop and tutorial programme alongside the main paper tracks, and workshop proposals share the 1 February 2027 deadline with full papers. Short papers, the doctoral consortium and the remaining tracks close on 3 May 2027, with camera-ready versions due 7 June. The venue has not yet been announced. Tallinn is an apt host: Estonia runs most of its public services digitally, and the conference sits a short walk from one of the best preserved medieval old towns in Europe.
