ICANN 2026 is the 35th International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks, organised with the European Neural Network Society and held at the conference centre of the School of Psychology at the University of Padua. ICANN is one of the longest running neural network conferences in Europe and spans machine learning theory, brain-inspired computing, neuroscience and applications. The 2026 edition carries an unusually broad workshop programme of around ten events, covering neurorobotics, reservoir computing, efficient deep learning, deepfake detection, theoretical analysis of deep learning and AI in drug discovery, alongside tutorials and demo sessions. Workshop papers and abstracts were due 6 June 2026. Padua is around 45 minutes from Venice Marco Polo airport and under half an hour from Venice by train.
