Applies NLP to climate change, from analyzing climate discourse to processing environmental and policy documents. The work splits between analysing how climate is discussed, in media, corporate reporting and policy, and processing the technical literature and disclosure documents at a scale no human team could read. Detecting greenwashing, where disclosure is technically accurate but misleading in aggregate, is among the harder tasks.
