The IEEE International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Signal Processing Society for research on image and video processing, covering image restoration and enhancement, compression and coding, computational and inverse imaging, image and video analysis, and the application of deep learning to visual signal processing. The 33rd edition takes place September 13-17, 2026, in Tampere, Finland, a Nordic center for signal processing and imaging research. Most international attendees fly into Helsinki Airport (HEL) and take the frequent, comfortable train to Tampere in about 1 hour 30 minutes.
