TELMED explores how telemedicine and e-health technologies can enhance patient care and inclusivity by bridging geographical gaps between patients and healthcare professionals. The workshop notes that telemedicine systems support aging and chronic patients, reduce disparities for remote populations and enable advanced diagnostics. It focuses on computing, networking and communication technologies that sustain inclusive, remote healthcare and invites work on AI, data fusion, body-area networks and security/privacy issues
