Open Source Linux DevOps Cloud
The Southern California Linux Expo (SCALE) is the largest community-organised open source conference in North America, held every year in early March at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, California. Now in its 24th year, SCALE draws several thousand attendees across four days of talks, workshops, and an expo floor featuring open source projects, Linux distributions, and community organisations. The programme spans Linux and open source development, DevOps and cloud infrastructure, security, containers, and developer tooling. SCALE is entirely volunteer-organised - there is no official hotel block and attendees find their own accommodation. Pasadena in March is pleasant, walkable, and well-connected to Los Angeles by Metro.
