IROS is one of the two largest robotics conferences, alongside ICRA, covering manipulation, perception, planning, humanoids, field robotics and the learning methods now threaded through all of them. It moves around the world each year and suits researchers who want a large international audience; between the two big robotics conferences it leans slightly more toward systems and field deployment than ICRA does. Ranked A by CORE.
