IEEE International Conference on Communications — 2026

IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) 2026 is the flagship IEEE Communications Society event, themed “Connected World for Sustainable Future.” Held in Glasgow (24-28 May 2026), it brings together around 2,000 participants from over 70 countries across communications and networking technology. Key research areas include wireless and optical networking, next-generation wireless systems, and heterogeneous networks; cognitive radio, AI-driven networks, antenna systems, IoT, ultra-reliable low-latency communication, and green and sustainable communications; and programmable architectures such as Cloud-RAN and Fog-RAN, AI-native orchestration, edge computing, NFV, network slicing, drone and UAV networking, and quantum networks. The program runs 12 dedicated symposia alongside tutorials, workshops, and industry presentations.
