EurIPS is the European satellite conference for the Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS) conference, organized to allow European researchers to participate in NeurIPS programming without travelling to the main venue. The 2026 edition brings EurIPS to Paris, running December 9-13 while the main NeurIPS takes place in Sydney, Australia.
EurIPS features the same NeurIPS accepted papers, workshops, and tutorials available to registered attendees, making it a practical option for European ML researchers on limited travel budgets or those who cannot travel to Australia. The 2025 inaugural edition was held in Copenhagen.
Paris is one of the most accessible European cities for international attendees, with Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports serving direct routes from across the world. December in Paris is cool and quiet relative to the summer peak, with conference hotels at reasonable rates and the city’s food and cultural scene fully operational.
