The ACM/IEEE International Symposium on Code Generation and Optimization (CGO) is the leading conference for research on compilers, code generation, and program optimization. CGO 2026 is co-located with HPCA, PPoPP, and CC at the International Convention Centre Sydney, creating a week-long cluster of systems and architecture research that draws several hundred specialists to the same venue. The conference covers static and dynamic compilation, just-in-time systems, profile-guided optimization, auto-vectorization, loop transformations, binary translation, and the design of optimizing compilers for emerging hardware including GPUs, neural processing units, and domain-specific accelerators.
