IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Cluster, Cloud and Internet Computing — 2027

CCGrid is the IEEE and ACM symposium on cluster, cloud and internet computing, covering distributed infrastructure at scale: resource management and scheduling, cloud and edge architectures, storage, performance modelling, and increasingly the systems problems of running large machine learning workloads. It sits alongside HPDC and IPDPS in the high-performance and distributed computing calendar.

The 2027 edition runs May 24 to 27, 2027, organised by the HPCC Lab at the University of North Texas. Note that this names the host team rather than the location: the conference site gives the place as Dallas-Fort Worth, while the university itself is in Denton.

Do not book a hotel yet, and be careful when you do. The conference is advertised for Dallas-Fort Worth, which is a metroplex rather than a city, and no venue has been announced. Downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth are about 50 km apart, and the host university is in Denton, roughly 58 km north of Dallas, which is a third possibility. Choosing a hotel before the venue is named risks an hour of driving in each direction. The hotels listed below are in downtown Dallas, which is the most likely and best-connected of the options, but check the venue announcement first.

The deadlines have the familiar two-step: abstracts are due November 24, 2026, a week before papers on December 1, with notification on February 1 and camera-ready copy on March 16, 2027. All deadlines are anywhere on earth.

Late May in north Texas is warm, typically in the high twenties, and falls at the end of the spring thunderstorm season.
