A CARS 2026 forum for national laboratories, government agencies, industry partners, and federally funded research teams to share research outcomes, demonstrations, and operational experiences in cybersecurity, AI, critical infrastructure protection, resilience, and national security. Researchers submit 1 to 3 page extended abstracts on projects funded by DOE, DoW, NSF, DHS, NSA, and other federal agencies, covering preliminary results, pilots and demonstrations, testbeds and operational deployments, lessons learned, emerging concepts, and workforce development. Accepted abstracts are published in the IEEE CARS 2026 Proceedings and presented in themed panels. The submission deadline is July 30, 2026.
