ACM International Conference on Mobile Systems, Applications, and Services — 2027

June 21-25, 2027

The Reverie Saigon
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Mobile Computing Networking Systems

CORE Ranking A

MobiSys is ACM SIGMOBILE’s conference on mobile systems, applications and services, covering the design, implementation and evaluation of mobile and wireless systems. It is a systems conference rather than a networking-theory one: the work here tends to be built, deployed and measured. Sensing, on-device machine learning, wearables, mobile energy and localisation are all long-running themes.

The 25th edition runs June 21 to 25, 2027 at The Reverie Saigon, in the Times Square Building on Nguyen Hue Boulevard in central Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is both the venue and the conference hotel, and the entire five-day programme runs inside it, so staying on site removes the commute entirely. It also means the rooms in the building are the first to go.

Two practical notes. June is the wet season in southern Vietnam: expect heavy but usually short afternoon downpours, humidity, and temperatures in the low thirties. The dry season runs December to April, so this is at the wrong end of the year for weather, though the venue being a single building makes that far less of a problem than it would otherwise be.

Second, addresses in central Saigon are in transition. The conference gives the venue’s address in Sai Gon Ward, while most maps and older hotel listings still say District 1, following Vietnam’s 2025 reorganisation of local government. Both refer to the same central area.
