ISC 2026 is the 29th Information Security Conference, held at the Inria convention centre on the Beaulieu campus of Rennes University and organised by the SUSHI group at the IRISA laboratory. ISC is one of the longer-running general information security conferences and covers cryptographic protocols, system and network security, privacy and applied security, with proceedings published by Springer in the LNCS series. It is a realistic target for a first or second doctoral paper: the scope is broad, the review process is conventional, and the LNCS proceedings are indexed everywhere. Submission for 2026 was extended to 2 July with notifications on 31 August and camera-ready copy due 14 September. Note that this conference is unrelated to ISC High Performance, the supercomputing conference held in Hamburg, which shares the same acronym.
