ACM Conference on Recommender Systems 2026
September 28, 2026 - October 2, 2026

The third edition of GenAI-eCom covers generative and agentic AI in online retail, an area that has moved quickly from ranking products to acting on a shopper’s behalf. Topics include conversational and assistive shopping, generative retrieval, large language models for product understanding and attribute extraction, synthetic data, agents that compare or transact, and the evaluation and safety questions that arise once a system takes actions. Half-day workshop on the afternoon of Monday 28 September, the first workshop day.
