The IEEE/CVF Winter Conference on Applications of Computer Vision (WACV) covers a broad range of applied and methodological computer vision research including image and video recognition, 3D reconstruction and point cloud processing, medical and satellite imaging, autonomous driving perception, and the application of large vision models to real-world domains. WACV fills the gap in the computer vision calendar between the summer CVPR and the autumn ICCV/ECCV conferences. The 2027 edition takes place January 7-9 at the Disney Springs Resort Area in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, with workshops January 5-6. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 25 minutes east by road, with direct flights from most major US cities and international gateways. Hotels in the Disney Springs Resort Area offer complimentary shuttle transportation within Walt Disney World property.
