International Conference on Research in Computational Molecular Biology — 2027
May 17-20, 2027
Toronto, CanadaBioinformatics Computational Biology AI Machine Learning
RECOMB is the main computer-science-side conference for computational molecular biology, covering sequence analysis, genome assembly, population genetics, structure prediction, single-cell methods and network biology. Where ISMB leans toward the biology community, RECOMB is the more algorithmic of the two and is where methods work tends to land first.
The 31st edition runs May 17 to 20, 2027 in Toronto, with satellite meetings on May 15 and 16 immediately beforehand. Those satellites are a long-standing part of RECOMB and are worth planning around, since they effectively extend the trip to six days. The venue and the submission deadlines have not been announced.
