Sacramento United States
Sacramento is the capital of California and the seat of state government, situated at the confluence of the Sacramento and American rivers in the Central Valley. The city has a well-preserved historic core around Old Sacramento and Capitol Mall, a strong farm-to-fork food scene, and a compact downtown convention district. For conference attendees, Sacramento International Airport (SMF) has direct connections to major US hubs including Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver, and Chicago, with some limited international service. The Sacramento Convention Center and its surrounding hotel corridor are within easy walking distance of the downtown restaurants, bars, and attractions along K Street and the riverfront. The city is about 90 minutes from San Francisco by road or Amtrak Capitol Corridor train, making it accessible for attendees flying into SFO.
